The Lemonade Cleanse Diet, Feel Great and Lose Weight
Losing weight takes planning to get results you can see. Many people over the years have used the lemonade cleanse diet to feel great and lose weight and so can you. This simple diet will work for you if you make sure to do the things that the unsuccessful dieters won't do. Prepare for the diet, have the ingredients ready, slowly end the diet and change some of your eating habits. This article should give you a head start to a new healthier you.
Preparing for your diet is the single best thing that you can do to to lose 10-20 lbs.in the next 10 days. Finding information that helps to make the diet easier to get into and out of can make all the difference for success. Start a notebook to keep track of how you are doing and where you are in terms of how much lemonade you've had everyday. A notebook also keeps you focused. The recipe itself is simple, getting started and finishing the diet can be difficult without preparation.
This is how I did it: Use a 32oz. jar ( I use canning jars with lids because they have measuring lines on their sides and are easy to mix the ingredients), I make 3 of them up in the morning. 1. 3 oz. of freshly squeezed lemon juice. ( no bottled juice) 2. 3 oz. of grade B maple syrup ( grade B syrup has minerals and nutritional content) 3. 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper 4. use only spring water to fill the jar to 32oz. After shaking pour into a glass and you have the master cleanser lemonade. You can drink all you want but you need to drink at least 3-32oz. jars of the lemonade drink everyday. To get your digestive tract cleansed you can do either one of these next things or both if you want, but this is also important. In the morning when you get up, at least 1/2hr. before the first glass of lemonade, drink 1qt. of room temperature spring water with 2 teaspoons of Sea Salt dissolved in it. That was the hardest part of the diet for me, that will cleanse your digestive tract out in less than 1hr., it removes toxins and fat from your system so your body balances out and you lose weight. The other thing is at night to have a cup of Smoothmove Tea before bed.
When the diet is over you need to slowly go back into a solid diet. Start with just orange juice and water the first day, add clear soup the second then by the third day start on fruits and vegetables. Finally you can eat solid food with out shocking your system. You have now just re-booted your bodys systems.
Now you look and feel great, you should have a plan that makes some changes in the way you eat so that you can keep the weight off. Your body chemistry balances and so do your cravings while you are on this diet. If you don't change some of the ways you eat then it won't take long to gain back the weight and to feel like you did before, and I'll bet that you'll like the way you look and feel now and won't want to go back to the old you.
So when you start to pre-plan for the diet, think about healthy foods that you can eat. Do some research on what types of diets you can pick from and know that you don't need to make extreme changes in diet to make big changes in results! I have used the master cleanse diet and the benefits are much more then just weight loss.
