Skinny Guy Needs Help! Mass Gain Shakes?
Okay so... I'm like 5 foot 11 and I weight 120 pounds. I am like 8% body fat. I am tired of being skinny. I went to the market and bought Champion Nutrition Heavyweight Gainer 900.

I am supposed to take this three times a day... which would be like 900x3=2700 calories not counting normal foods.
I am also going to follow the P90X Program where I will be muscle training 3x a week and doing cardio 3x a week.
If I do all of this will I gain muscle or just fat?
Should I take this or not?

The first thing you need to do before bulking up and working out is gaining some fat on that lean body of yours. After gaining weight, you can then began working out to tone it out. My best friend went through something similar. He started eating peanut butter sandwiches nightly paired with a cup of whole milk right before bed and he gained an additional 2 lbs a week. But instead of letting it get out of hand and slow him down, he started working out every other day with cardio and weight lifting so the fat is evenly distributed into lean muscle. Since then, he has gained a total of 14 something odd lbs and maintained good health.
