You may be able to find a few good recipes on the Internet. Remember though, you are trading your time for money. If you are not the baker-type, your best bet is to order the cookies.

Truth: There is not a diet on this planet that will help you lose weight without requiring some form of exercise. In order for a person to lose weight, they have to burn more calories than they take in. The cookie diet cookies may be very healthy, but they are still adding calories!
