What kind of tablets are "Calcium Magnesium Zinc USP" ?
What is it good for and why should i take it?
My mom bought this from shoppers drugmart and she wants to know what it's for XD

Why did she buy it if she doesn't know what it's for?
It is a mineral supplement. Calcium is for strong bones, magnesium for relaxed muscles and zinc is just another mineral. If she has muscle cramps this might make them better, but really, it's not a good idea to take vitamin and mineral supplements for no reason.
