Multi Vitamin
I just started taking a one a day multi-vitamin and it gives me diarrhea; is this something that will go away?
I just started taking One a Day multi-vitamin for women, and since I started them, 2 days ago, I've had diarrhea everyday. I also take Feosol, an iron supplement, as recommended by my doctor. I have been on this for almost a year with no reactions.
Is it common to get diarrhea with a multi-vitamin? Is it something that will go away?
do you take it with food or milk dear? it might be they are irritating your stomach. try drinking milk or with food. i take ( one-a-day for men ) and it don,t do that to me.
